Long Term Substitute English 11­12 Approximately September 1st
until October 16, 2019. State of MN licensure/ability to obtain is re­
quired. Other qualifications are self­motivation, ability & willing­
ness to work in a team atmosphere, working knowledge of the 6
Traits in writing, excellent organization & communication skills, can
utilize technology in the classroom and a willingness to be a part of
the communities of the District.
Second Grade Long Term Substitute Approximately October 30th
until January 24, 2020. State of MN licensure/ability to obtain is re­
quired. Other qualifications are self­motivation, ability & willing­
ness to work in a team atmosphere, working knowledge of the Daily
5 in Reading, 6 Traits in writing, excellent organization & communi­
cation skills, can utilize technology in the benefit of elementary stu­
dents, and a willingness to be a part of the communities of the Dis­
trict.
District Head of Maintenance Interested persons should complete
and submit a District non­certified application to the District Office.
Individual will have responsibility for the upkeep, maintenance,
cleaning and operation of the buildings and grounds of the school
district; responsibility for the purchasing of all custodial supplies,
equipment, and materials for the school district; scheduling of all
custodial employees of the school district; supervision of all custo­
dial service employees of the school district; assist the administra­
tion in the evaluation of custodial service employees; responsibility
for the approval of all expenditures for the districts custodial depart­
ment. Assumes all other related duties as may be assigned by the
Superintendent.

HS Football Coach This person will need to be licensed to coach
football in the State of Minnesota. Responsibilities will be to oversee
the overall football program at BLHS, have excellent communica­
tion skills, a self­starter, an excellent motivator, as well as give ad­
vice on youth football involvement. This is a non­tenure position
that is renewable on a year­to­year basis. The Activities Director will
supervise this person.
C­Squad Volleyball Coach Responsibilities will be to oversee the C­
squad volleyball program at BLHS, have excellent communication
skills, a self­starter, an excellent motivator. This position is a non­
tenure position that is renewable on a year­to­year basis. The Activi­
ties Director and Head Coach will supervise this person.
