Haley Dalbec, 24, of Hutchinson entered a plea of guilty to one count of providing alcohol to a person under 21 years of age for an offense that occurred on or about May 17. Judge Winters placed the defendant on probation for one year. The conditions of probation are that the defendant serve two days in McLeod County Jail, serve 13 days of sentence to service work and pay a surcharge of $85.

Lorri Olson, 57, of Hector entered a plea of guilty to one gross misdemeanor count of driving while impaired for an offense that occurred on or about Feb. 8. The defendant appeared in District Court for sentencing. Judge Winters placed the defendant on probation for two years. The conditions of probation are that the defendant serve 18 days in McLeod County Jail, serve 12 days of community work service, complete a chemical dependency evaluation and follow the recommendations of the evaluation, have no use or possession of alcohol or drugs, attend a victim impact panel and pay a fine and surcharge of $450.

Candy Fisher, 38, of Hutchinson entered a plea of guilty to one felony count of possession of a controlled substance for an offense that occurred on or about Oct. 20, 2017. The defendant appeared in District Court for sentencing. Judge Winters placed the defendant on probation for five years. The conditions of probation are that the defendant serve 90 days in McLeod County Jail, serve 30 days of sentence to service work, complete a chemical dependency evaluation, follow the recommendations of the evaluation, have no use or possession of alcohol or drugs, comply with child protection case plan and pay a surcharge of $85.

Danielle Martin, 36, of Cosmos entered a plea of guilty to one felony count of possession of a counterfeit check for an offense that occurred on or about Oct. 18, 2016. Judge Winters placed the defendant on probation for three years. The conditions of probation are that the defendant serve 30 days in McLeod County Jail, complete a chemical dependency evaluation, follow the recommendations of the evaluation, have no use or possession of alcohol or drugs and pay a surcharge of $85.

Antonio Zavala, 19, of Hutchinson previously appeared in District Court and entered a plea of guilty to one felony count of criminal sexual conduct for an offense that occurred on or about Sept. 2017. The defendant appeared in District Court for sentencing. Judge Winters placed the defendant on probation for five years. The conditions of probation are that the defendant serve 90 days in McLeod County Jail, have no contact with the victim, successfully complete a sex offender treatment program, have no use or possession of alcohol or drugs and pay a fine and surcharge of $185

Zavala also entered a plea of guilty to one felony count of criminal sexual conduct for an offense that occurred on or about Oct. 13, 2017. The defendant appeared in District Court for sentencing. The Court stayed the imposition of sentence and placed the defendant on probation for five years. The conditions of probation are that the defendant serve 90 days in McLeod County Jail, have no contact with the victim, successfully complete a sex offender treatment program, have no use or possession of alcohol or drugs and pay a fine and surcharge of $115. This sentence is concurrent with the sentence previously listed.
