Tuesday, May 28

At 12:14 a.m. Litchfield Police arrested a 32-year-old Yankton, South Dakota, male for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI pendin, and a South Dakota warrant. The arrest occurred at a North Sibley Avenue business. He is being held in the Meeker County Jail pending an appearance in Meeker County District Court.

At 8:19 a.m. Litchfield Police charged a 33-year-old Hutchinson female with speeding at a South Davis Avenue and East Depot Street location. She will be appearing in Meeker County District Court on a later date.

At 8:22 a.m. Litchfield Police received a report of juvenile trouble at a North Gilman Avenue address. The party was advised.

At 8:33 a.m. Litchfield Police received a report of a driving complaint at an East Fifth Street location. The party was advised.

At 9:41 a.m. Litchfield Police assisted Minnesota State Patrol on a traffic stop at a North Sibley Avenue and East Ninth Street location.

At 10:44 a.m. Litchfield Police charged a 46-year-old Litchfield male with no Minnesota driver’s license at an East U.S. Highway 12 location. He will be appearing in Meeker County District Court on a later date.

At 2:41 p.m. Litchfield Police charged a 35-year-old Litchfield male with no Minnesota driver’s license at a West 11th Street location. He will be appearing in Meeker County District Court on a later date.

At 4:36 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of a domestic at a South Miller Avenue residence. Upon officers’ arrival, the parties were advised.

At 7:54 p.m. Litchfield Police was called to a North Miller Avenue address for a parking complaint. Upon officers’ arrival, the matter was resolved.

At 10:02 p.m. Litchfield Police, Rescue, and Mayo Ambulance responded to a medical at a South Davis Avenue address. The party was not transported by ambulance.

At 10:46 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of suspicious activity at a North Miller Avenue residence. Upon officers’ arrival, everything was found to be okay.

At 11:15 p.m. Litchfield Police charged a 47-year-old Litchfield female with no Minnesota driver’s license at a North Sibley Avenue location. She will be appearing in Meeker County District Court on a later date.

Wednesday, May 29

At 12:42 a.m. Litchfield Police arrested a 20-year-old Long Lake male for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle and driving after suspension. The arrest occurred at a South Litchfield Avenue and East Depot Street location. He is being held in the Meeker County Jail pending an appearance in Meeker County District Court.

At 7:29 a.m. Litchfield Police, Rescue, and Mayo Ambulance responded to a medical at a West Fourth Street residence. The party was transported by ambulance to the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

At 1:04 p.m. Litchfield Police was called to a South Holcombe Avenue business on a report of a disturbance. Upon officers’ arrival, the parties were advised of options.

At 3:30 p.m. Litchfield Police arrested a 43-year-old Appleton male for a controlled substance DWI. The arrest occurred at an East Frontage Road location. He was later released and will be appearing in Meeker County District Court on a later date.

At 3:35 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of a missing person from an East Fourth Street residence. Upon officer’s arrival, the individual was located and transported home.

At 4:07 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of a dog complaint at a South Litchfield Avenue location. Upon officer’s arrival, the owner was advised.

At 4:38 p.m. Litchfield Police was called to a property damage accident that occurred at a North Holcombe Avenue and East Depot Street location. Injuries unknown. Damage unknown.

At 6:15 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of a possible order for protection violation at an East Fifth Street residence. The matter is being investigated.

At 9:10 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of a driving complaint at a North Miller Avenue and West Third Street location. Upon officers’ arrival, the parties were advised.

Thursday, May 30

At 12:20 a.m. Litchfield Police received a report of suspicious activity at a North Holcombe Avenue residence. Upon officer’s arrival, everything was found to be okay.

At 12:43 a.m. Litchfield Police, Rescue, and Mayo Ambulance were called to a North Holcombe Avenue address for a lift assist.

At 6:43 a.m. a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of North Marshall Avenue and East Second Street. No injuries were reported, and damage was estimated at more than $1,000.

At 12:20 p.m. Litchfield Police, Rescue and Mayo Ambulance responded to a medical at a West Pleasure Drive address. The party was not transported by ambulance.

At 1:07 p.m. a South Sibley Avenue resident reported receiving a scam call. The party was advised.

At 1:39 p.m. the theft of a receipt was reported taken at an East Ripley Street location. The matter is being investigated.

At 7:02 p.m. Litchfield Police, Rescue, and Mayo Ambulance responded to a medical at an East Frontage Road business. The party was transported by ambulance to the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

At 11:19 a.m. Litchfield Police was called to a Park Village residence for a dog complaint. Upon officer’s arrival, the party was advised.

At 2:39 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of suspicious activity at a South Gorman Avenue location. The party was advised.

At 7:15 p.m. Litchfield Police was called to an East South Street residence for a welfare check. Upon officer’s arrival, everything was found to be okay.

At 7:54 p.m. Litchfield Police charged a 35-year-old Litchfield female with instruction permit violation at a South Litchfield Avenue and East Depot Street location. She will be appearing in Meeker County District Court on a later date.

At 8:34 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of juvenile mischief at a South Ripley Drive address. Upon officers’ arrival, everything was found to be okay.

At 8:12 a.m. Litchfield Police responded to an alarm at a South Hubbard Avenue business. Upon officers’ arrival, everything was found to be okay.

At 10:26 a.m. Litchfield Police, Rescue and Mayo Ambulance responded to a medical at an East Crescent Lane address. The party was transported by ambulance to the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

At 11:13 a.m. Litchfield Police was called to a North Sibley Avenue location for a welfare check. Upon officers’ arrival, they were unable to locate the vehicle.

At 1:40 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of suspicious activity at a South Crescent Lane residence. Upon officers’ arrival, everything was found to be okay.

At 2:00 p.m. Litchfield Police received a report of a possible harassment restraining order violation at an East Fifth Street residence. Everything was found to be okay.

At 2:46 p.m. Litchfield Police, Rescue, and Mayo Ambulance responded to a medical at an East 10th Street residence. The party was not transported by ambulance.

At 3:17 p.m. Litchfield Police was called to a West Seventh Street residence for a welfare check. Upon officers’ arrival, the matter was resolved.

The arrest occurred at an East Third Street residence. He is being held in the Meeker County Jail pending an appearance in Meeker County District Court.
