Litchfield High School senior Hanna Joyce and sophomore Robert Stark were named students of the week for Dec. 10-14.
Hanna was nominated by Mr. Mackey from the LALP program for her senior leadership, excellent attendance and her willingness to do extra credit tasks. Mr. Mackey notes that she comes to school with a positive attitude! Hanna loves reading and writing, and likes working out when she has time. She works at Cenex and likes spending time with family and friends. Her future plans include studying nursing to become an RN or culinary to work as a chef. Hanna is the daughter of Krista Kaminski of Litchfield.
Robert was nominated by Mr. Banks from the visual arts department because he has shown great improvement through the semester. Mr. Banks notes that he has been a fun “surprise” student, his evolving work and interpretation of the artistic process has been fun to watch and he has enjoyed his creativity and personality. At school, Robert especially enjoys art and health classes. He likes playing video games, drawing and playing with his dog. His future plans include getting his diploma, then going to college for photography. He is the son of Joshua Stark and Melissa Wiler, and the grandson of Donna and Robert Stark of Litchfield.
