Connie K. Maguire, 72, of Glencoe passed away Tuesday, May 7, at Glencoe Regional Health Services. Funeral service was Monday, May 13, with interment in Oakland Cemetery in Hutchinson. Officiating was evangelist Wanda King. Special music was “I Found The Lily In My Valley” by Brian Haney, “I Want To Stroll Over Heaven With You” by Alan Jackson and “Nothing But Praise” by Brian Haney. Casket bearers were Larry King, Steve Joles, Chad Joles, Dale Joles, Nathan Maguire and Dylan Maguire.
Connie K. Maguire was born Jan. 16, 1947, in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Orville and Berniece (Townsend) King. Connie received her education in Lebanon, Missouri, and was a graduate of Lebanon Senior High School Class of 1965.
On Dec. 23, 1966, Connie was united in marriage to Larry Maguire in St. Charles, Missouri. This marriage was blessed with three children, Tonya, Neil and Audrea. Connie and Larry resided in Glencoe for many years. They shared 52 years of marriage.
In addition to being a loving mother and wife, Connie was a homemaker. She was a member of Riverside Assembly of God Church in Hutchinson, where Connie was a women’s ministry leader and Missionettes leader.
Connie enjoyed tending to her vegetable and flower gardens. She cherished her time spent with her grandchildren, family and friends.

Connie is survived by her husband Larry Maguire of Glencoe; children, Tonya Weston and her husband Ted of St. Francis, Neil Maguire and his wife Julie of Bloomington and Audrea Maguire of Hutchinson; siblings, Calvin King and his wife Ann of Houston, Texas, Larry King and his wife Wanda of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, and Linda Hatlestad of Mineral Wells, Texas; and nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents Orville and Berniece King; and brother Timothy King.
